Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested for any treatment that you did not receive, however, once an impression (denture, crown, etc.responsible) has been submitted to a dental lab, the patient or responsible party is accountable for the full payment of the treatment plan.

All refunds will be issued by check.

Timing of Refunds- Once we have confirmation that payment has cleared the bank (may take up to 10 business days), you will be issued a refund check within 14 business days.
